Builders Den LLC collects only the minimum information needed to provide the Yeonin Gunghap service.

1. Information We Collect

To calculate the reading, we collect dates of birth, times of birth (where provided), and gender, plus any name or short note you choose to enter. We only ever collect dates of birth on a private screen — never in comments or other public places.

At checkout, we receive your email address through our payment processor (Stripe) and use it only to send your viewing link and to handle refunds. Card details are never stored on our servers.

2. Retention and Deletion

Free reading inputs are kept to improve the service and to let you reopen your results. If you would like them deleted, email operation@pluglab.ai and we will delete them without delay. Payment records are kept for five years to meet legal record-keeping obligations.

3. Usage Statistics and Cookies

We keep access logs to see where visitors leave the site. IP addresses and browser types are not stored as-is; they are combined with the date and converted into an irreversible value, used only to group visits by day. Raw logs are deleted after 30 days, and only daily totals are kept.

We use one cookie (pf) to tell first-time visitors from returning ones. It holds only the date of your first visit, so everyone who first visits on the same day has the same value, and it cannot be used to identify you. The cookie expires after 13 months, and deleting or blocking it does not affect your use of the service.

On brand pages that run advertising, we also use ad measurement tools. They count which ad brought you here and how far you went, and Meta and Google set their own cookies for this. What we send to these tools is the screen step and the payment amount; we do not send your name, date of birth, or reading content. Only for completed payments, we send Meta your email address after converting it into an irreversible value (to connect an ad and a payment by the same person). If you prefer, you can block these cookies in your browser without affecting your use of the service.

Some brand pages also use a visit statistics tool (Google Analytics) to see at which step visitors leave, and Google sets its own cookie (_ga) for this. As with the ad measurement tools, we send only the screen step and the payment amount, never your name, date of birth, or reading content. Blocking it does not affect your use of the service.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share your information with third parties except for payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), outsourced automated processing to generate the written interpretation, and, for brands that advertise, ad performance measurement (Meta, Google). When generating the interpretation, only names and calculated chart values are passed on, never contact details. For ad measurement, only the screen step and payment amount are passed on, plus, for completed payments only, an irreversibly converted email address sent to Meta.
