Refund Policy

1. Before Opening

If you have not yet opened your report, we will give you a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Please email operation@pluglab.ai from the address you used at checkout.

2. After Opening

The report is personalized digital content generated as soon as you pay. Once you start viewing it, the content is considered delivered and the purchase can no longer be cancelled or refunded, except as described in section 3. This is also shown on the screen before payment.

3. Errors on Our Side

If the problem is on our side — a duplicate charge, a report that is not generated or fails to open, missing content, or a calculation error — we will give you a full refund whether or not you have opened the report.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3 business days of your request. Depending on your card issuer, it may take a few more days for the refund to appear.
